Liz’s Pregnancy Pilates classes are designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy, helping you stay strong, reduce discomfort, and prepare for birth. Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, these gentle sessions focus on keeping you energised without exhausting you. Liz is a Stott certified Mat Pilates teacher and has done specialised pregnancy specific training with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute as well as Stott Pilates.
These classes get booked in advance so please email Liz to join the waiting list. She will then message you before the classes go online.
Prepare for your class
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing. Bare feet are perfect but if you'd rather wear socks, please make sure they're not slippy. Mats and “props” will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you'd prefer.

4-8 week blocks of classes, priced at £12 per session.
