For PhysiotherapY & MASSAGE appointments:

We understand that sometimes you’re going to need to cancel your appointment.  Please can you let us know as soon as possible.  In order to cover the costs of missed appointments, we have to charge for appointments missed or those cancelled within 48 hours. If you are unsure whether you can attend, it's best to contact us as soon as possible.

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice..............................................................................Free of Charge

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice..................................................................................................£20

Appointments missed with no contact or notification of cancellation..............................................Full Cost of appointment

 

For HOLISTIC CORE RESTORE, Pilates classes & WORKSHOPS:

  • All classes are 55 minutes long.

  • Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Classes must be paid in full and in advance of the course.

  • On attending the first class, no refund can be given for the cancellation of the term.

  • Classes are valid for the duration of the course for which they were registered.

  • There is no transferral of classes from term to term, course to course or person to person.

  • Classes may be cancelled due to circumstances out of your Instructor’s control eg poor weather conditions, sickness
