Scar therapy for better mobility and healing.
Gentle therapy to restore scar tissue mobility.
Scars can lead to restricted movement or discomfort. This therapy uses Sharon Wheeler’s ScarWork™ in combination with Barral Visceral Manipulation. Scarwork™, a gentle, non-invasive technique designed to soften and restore mobility to scar tissue. By reconnecting the scar with your body’s connective tissue (fascia), this treatment can reduce tightness and improve function. Liz mainly treats abdominal scars from hysterectomy, c-sections and endometriosis surgery but this treatment can be applied to scar one on anyone, it’s not just for women.
ScarWork™ focuses on not just the scar itself, but its impact on the surrounding tissue and overall body alignment, providing both functional and aesthetic improvements.
